It is a custom mold jig heads are made by a ole timer in Indiana Jason who owns Lakeway is the only person that I know of that has the hook up with this guy

I looked at a one of each size football jigmold by do-it that had one similar but not sure of the barb. That one is unusual.

It is called a hammer head . Never saw one that small though . Shawn Collins used to do a larger size . Pretty sure it is a Modified mold or it was made when Shawn was srill doing custom work .
