    Default A few of my first ice jigs


    Here's a few of my ice jigs I made just getting into this so be easy on me.all powder painted and paint pen then cleared with polyurethane.
    smacked a good amount of crappies on the ice past few days with them. What do you guys think and any pointers ?

    Not an expert on ice anything but they look about as good as I've seen. Maybe one day I'll fish hard water and u can teach me. Thx for showing your craft

    If the fish are smacking them that the best compliments you can get. Don't really matter what I think but I think they look great.

    Thanks guys appreciate it. Literally just got into powder painting and soldering jigs about a week ago. Its very addictingonce It gets warm again i might dabble into tying some crappie/gill fly jigs like the stuff I seen here.

    Felt good limiting out past few days when other people were on a slower bite then us ;-).

    Those jigs are "spectakeular"! You really nailed it TT. Really like the rasta jig @ the bottom right.

    They look awesome even though I know absolutely nothing about ice fishing. Still I can see they look darn nice!

    Thanks guys I appreciate the positive feedback. They have been doing extremely well. We were the first out of the 10 or so guys at sun up to come in with a limit of gills for both of us and a few crappie a piece. Two days in a row!! But the bites slow according to the others there lol ;-). They work I guess
