Not looking for names but wondering how does lindy, road runner and other that sell factory offerings in feather and other hand tied materials get them on the shelf? Does road runner have a staff of people that just make baits?

Slater JIgs here in Ms used to hand tie all there jigs, but i think they outsource now. At one time they had a lot of local women turning them out.
Yes there has been several in the US that got help from some women and such, but all the big brands like he's talking about are not from here.
