Shortys hooks is the whole side of cpt hooks warehouse. You gota have a tax number to get them though there.

It's been right at one month waiting for me, and no answered emails. getting discouraged.

Sorry to hear some are having so much trouble just getting an answer to an email. That seems the least one could do if waiting on something to fill their order.

I'm done with him! What a cheat! He only owes me $12 but its the principle of it all and I'm a man of principle. A note on the site stating he didn't have the hooks and I wouldn't have ordered that size. Easy remedy.

An update on the dispute with PayPal to get my money back. He did respond four days after I filed and said the order had been shipped the day the dispute was filed. Coincidence you decide. The response for taking so long and not responding to emails was this is a busy time of year and email went to spam. I did receive the items yesterday and they looked great. I also did not order anything with hooks!

I got him on the phone a little while ago and he said my order had been shipped yesterday, I just said thanks and bye. not sure I want to do this again, like I said great prices for sure but I would have liked an answer to an email.

Hes got the best prices on alot. Ive seen alot of people say his kiptails are very good. I have bought some chenille from him, the longest i had to wait was 2weeks only. But before I order I emeil him and ask whats in stock before i order.

I got an order yesterday that I ordered on 3/1. That still seems like a slow process. I placed a 2nd order on 3/3 and it still shows "Processing" I tried him out because his prices are a little better but I'll stick with Crazy Angler from now on. I can order from Robert and have it in usually 2 days. That kind of customer service is worth it to me. Just my opinion.

hes also in ohio too which is atleast a 2-3 day trip priority mail. But I understand about the slow orders and getting back to someone with a email. Even if he hired someone just to help out...
