I know many of you do not see all the other great forums on crappie.com so I wanted to post the jelly and hackle jigs here also. They are super easy to assemble but they are quite deadly on crappies as well as Bream. I usually use a jelly body and then thread hackle, marabou or flashabou through them. Use a needle with a large eye. Add a drop of super glue to the back of a jig head and thread the jelly body on to the jighead.























sometimes I will also cut the tail off these and thread a marabou tail on too.



Try this technique out the next time you want to create some jigs to fish with.
