Agree with Micro about the Mylar tubing. Head is flat, but the shape? Maybe Micro is right about that too, not sure, but flat for sure. There are a lot of ways to use Mylar tubes for really cool looking flies that could be done in some way on a jig. If you look at flies much you would see some of the great looming minnow flies.
