    Default making casting spoons

Hey guys/gals I'm thinking of making my own casting spoons I found a supplier that sells them unpainted and I want to try painting my own. My question is I want to make the small ones for panfish like 7/8 or 1 3/16 sizes and I'm not sure what size trebles to get they sell #10 8 6 and so on if anyone knows what size treble I should use that would help me alot.

    Thanks JJ

also if anyone here sells unpainted spoons or treble hooks let me know I like buying from guys here 1st as long as the prices are similar to what I can get them for.

you want at least a # 6 even on the smallest spoons . fish will swallow jiggin spoons and too small of a hook is impossible to get out.

Gotta go with Yodibuzz on the size 6, you might get away with an 8 but the way they can swallow them doesn't seem worth injuring a fish if you might let him go.

You could also try double hooks
    Mustad 7826 double fish hooks
