I should have mine done later tonight or in the morning. I had to pour a few hundred jig heads. I will have them in the mail no later than Wednesday morning. Thank you all for being patient.

Hey guys we'll be close to the deadline. I work out of town during the week and my 9yo built his own jigs unsupervised during the week. Most look fine but simple and some got short, short tails. Got an angel (Pepop)who sent him some powder paint to try out but he's like me and couldn't wait to tie.(works outstanding Pepop!) Ran out of jig heads. (130 in 9 days or so.) So couldn't make more this weekend. My plan is to supervise a second (bonus) jig wednesday and send both. It won't take long,he's fast.

How's everyone else doing with the deadline? I don't want to be late. Don't know how shipping is influenced by Thanksgiving.
    Thanks,Chris

Ha, can't figure out how to edit. But anyway,I can hear now "Don't worry about a remake, supposed to be fun,he's only 9 and been making jigs for 3 weeks" I know but if you seen the supplies I bought for him to use, you'd understand why I want him to use it. And he made some really great ones when I got home. Painting the heads sparked new jig ideas in his head. Anyway, either way I'll send off Wednesday .Thanks

If you need more time thats fine. You have until the 30th and as long as we are informed of what you are doing it fine, I promise. Its the ones that just leave and tell no one they left and no one can get a hold of them then they pop up on the day of the deadline and want to send their jigs. I'm in southwest Arkansas, so package shouldn't take long from TX anyways. Whatever you decide to do is fine but I think you have time. Thats awsome that you are teaching him!! Thats something he'll ALWAYS remember that ya'll did together and he'll pass it on also I bet!!

    Props to you dad!!
