Give an update on the fishing, I will be on the lake this weekend

Our licenses begin tomorrow we will post. As long as we have bait!! banghead

Kinda slower so far, but heard they picked up tonight, so maybe tommorrow will be better. Windier than hell today.

The baitshop owner(keosaqua) told us the crappie are all spawned out. But everything we caught had eggs in it. Not alot, they were not fat, but still had eggs. I wonder if they usually have alot of leftover eggs?Either way, we found them deep, at least not in the shallows.Weak cold front went through so we'll have to see what that does.

Been here since 16th and fishing is real slow. Ended up going to upper lake and fished there thurs afternoon and all day fri. Got into some nice gills. Today we fished Sugema and got a few crappies in deeper water, prolly 10-12 foot.. Just got windy so we decided to pull off and call it a day and week. Maybe next time. But as we always say, The Fish are just a bonus, we had good times, good food, and alot of good laughs. Until next time.....
