Fished this evening and the crappie were thumping the daylights out of a bluegill colored ACC club on a black 1/16oz head. As soon as the sun started to set they turned on. Water was 70deg and they were about 12-14’ deep loose to cover in 15-20’ of water. Water is really clear from lack of rain so I tied a Fluro leader onto my braid and believe it helped. Kept enuff for some tacos. Felt good to feel them hammering a jig, been a while.
