    Default It’s hot! Who’s fishing?

Been hot outside. Had 94 on temp gage yesterday. Who is fishing and where and how ya doing? Yesterday, beaches closed at West Boggs due to red algae indefinitely. This part of Indiana hasn’t had much rain that has been skirting us. I wouldn’t eat the fish if your fishing Boggs. Dang shame due to all the Amish turkey farms built up around Boggs. Stay hydrated!

Ketch, we all know your alittle touched in the head by the heat in Texas. Keep wacking them is all I can say. Hope you don’t have the high humidity and dew points like we have in Indiana, but I did spend 3 hrs yesterday chain sawing and shagging the limbs of a 100 ft tree and tree top red oak out of one of our 4 wheel drive lanes of our hunt club yesterday for alittle over 3 hrs in our heat and humidity. Also consumed a few bottles of water. Still,,sitting in my aluminum jon boat and fishing in this sun and putting up with all the pleasure boaters and kayakers is about a month off for me. Labor Day weekend is getting close when it will all start dying down.

Can't wait for those drunk pleasure boaters to put them in storage for the winter. Seems like there is more boats out every summer !!!

Fish are still biting, just have to pick your days. The night bite has been good the last 2 weeks under the lights.

I wish I was… Now that Labor Day is past, I’m hoping to get the boat ready to get back out on the water! But working 6 days a week makes it tough… Hopefully in the next couple weeks I’ll be back out.
