    Default Dinks in the wind

Took the duck blind off the boat and got it out today to crappie fish. It was windy, water was 48/49 deg, and I saw a lot of fish at 20’ that would not bite. Found a few schools at 12’ that would hit an electric chicken baby Shad if you put it in front of them but they were mostly 8/9 inch fish, this lake has a ton of dinks but pulled a 11-1/4 out as biggest fish of the day. Felt good to wet a jig!Name: IMG_5639.jpg

I can handle a little wind, just not a big fan of the cold anymore as I have gotten older. Healthy looking fish. The water doesn't look muddy like most of the resi's in the middle of the state.
