come back we'll hook up and I'll personally show you plenty of spots to catch fish anytime of the year. I know ya'll will be back it's too nice of a lake not to come back.......

I was in the Lick Fork area both weekends ya'll were there. I have a 18' Crestliner with a 150 Merc on it and it had fish in the livewell.

I fished friday afternoon till dark and got a limit, sat morning was real foggy at daybreak and I got another limit early and then we took the pontoon out for a cruise. I'm jigging stumps in certain areas of creeks where some brush has found it's way into the lake....Hmmmmmmmmm?  I'm still catching good size crappie and not all of them have laid their eggs. Fished sunday and caught most of them trolling lines behind the boat. Black/Blue and Black/Chartruse 2" tubes have been the colors for me. When it gets hotter I'll hit my spots on the main lake as they hold fish all summer and winter. The spawn is the only time they don't produce well unless your interested in catfish. They are 15' to 35' deep and loaded with cover. Most are on ledges and receive little fishing pressure. I found them years ago slow poking around in our pontoon when I ran a graph on it. Marked them with my GPS and the rest is history.

When ya'll coming back?

Glad you had a good time.
