Fished Cataract on Saturday 7_20 from 7:00 to 11:00. Water was 86 and good color. Caught around 40 with several 11 to 12" Had one that measured 13". Most of the fish I caught were over 9 which was good for my experience with Cataract. Trolled Pico's with line counters set at 48'. Speed was 1.3 to 1.5 and brighter colors worked the best. Anything with some red, orange, or pink was catching fish. Found several schools from the state park ramp trolling along the beach to the docks keeping the boat in 16 to 20' of water. Fish were still hitting even after the boat traffic picked up. All fish were releases because of a freezer still full of fish.
This is my first post. I have enjoyed and appreciated all of the information on this board for several years so I thought I should start contributing.

Good to hear. Since the water is finally down, I'm planning on going there Wednesday and Thursday. At least the fish didn't drown with all of the high water.
