Lake Lemmon, if you go, from now on, yu have to dodge the kids out of school on jet skis, power boats, sale boats, I U rowing teams headquartered there, and on weekends. Tons of fishermen, go thru the week if you can and fish mornings or nites even. 15.00 To launch. I am done fishing it come Memorial Day cause of the traffic.

Im going to have to try this. Have a few bandit 300 just have to learn how its done. I assume I need some lines counters if I remember from watching a TV show.

Easiest way to teach you cranking is to read this link from the Mississippi forum titled "Crankbait 101" that was started and tested and tried every way imaginable over the years started in Aug-2009. I still read and catch up to their changes and innovations that they are constantly refining. I learned to troll rapalas for walleyes in 73 living with the Objibway Indians in northern Ontario while on a Canadian fishing trip (long story) for 6 weeks coming out of ptss from Vietnam. Then later in the late 70's and 80's chased heck out of the salmon/walleye on all the Great Lakes having my own boat and downrigger/outriggers/planer board setup when it was in its prime. It's a long read but very well worth learning as I consider it the "holy grail" of cranking. Enjoy! And don't be afraid to experiment. I'm 66 and still learning their ways myself.
