50 fillets wont fit in gallon ziplock
been hot crappie action since early nov. and dec. its still on fire. i got to the lake this morning at 9am, and was limited out on big fat 12-14"ers by 11:15! (20min boat ride out n back). yesterday at the same spot we pulled 2 limits in 3 hours. fish holding in 10-12 fow. catching most on 2"twistertails and a few on minnows under floats. they are way back in a bay away from the main lake. this has been one of our hot ice spots for many years. getting about sick of filleting crappie and ice isnt even here yet. i have bagged up 9 limits in the last 3 weeks alone. loads of fun + fillets for everyone i know. lol
ill load up some pics here later maybe.
still 2 weeks of open water at least im thinking. get those boats out and cash in guys!
