    They haven't spawned, but you better get out there.

    Gonna be "real spring" weather forecast for this week in Southern Indiana.

    Maybe it will help them along. I think its too late to help mushrooms this year.

    managed 18 today, most of them were 11" fish with two 12's and two 13" ,,, 14 of the fish was full of eggs.

    2 weeks back our crappie west of Columbus, Indiana were bloated with eggs, like they were going to explode. I think they were getting ready and some of them dropped some of their eggs. I think the weather drove them back deep after they dropped some of their eggs. Yesterday I caught a few that still had eggs but nothing like 2 weeks back. IMO this week they will finish in my lake.

    Went to the honey tonight caught nice mess of gills....and then ran into some jet black black crappie spawning hard! What a night. I will post some picks in the am
