3 poles per fisherman
Does anyone know what the DNR Regulations are concerning the number of poles allowed to be fish by one angler in Indiana? I was ask that question today by a guy in Texas.
He'd heard that Indiana was a (1) one pole state.

Quick Question. How is it that when you spider rig you can have up to 8 poles in the water at one time if the limit is only 3????? Ive only been fishing a few years and just started fishing for crappie and last year i was out and saw 1 guy on his boat with all these poles off the front of his boat and wondered how that was legal
If he had 8 baited poles in IN in the water at one time he was not legal.
if he had more than 3 pole in the water fishing, he is an idiot or from another state and doesn't know the laws. Or... Was it on a private lake?? If so, DNR laws dont apply.
