I've been in touch with Sandy, and although Monroe experienced high water for much of the summer, our effort wasn't wasted. Most all of the trees survived and are doing very well! There will be another project like this later this year. She also mentioned that she was working with the Hoosier National Forest to look at falling trees into the lake to provide more shoreline cover.

Thanks again for the help and support. If we stay on top of them and always have a lending hand available, just maybe we can help transform our largest reservoir into a tremendous fishery for all species.
