    I love to deer hunt. I bow hunt and use a knight muzzy now for both firearm and muzzleloader season. I can't wait for the season to start.

    Growing up, i used to rabbit and squirrel hunt quite a bit but haven't done much of that lately. Never really gotten too excited about turkey hunting.

    Just saw a doe yesterday day when I was out looking for a tree to setup my stand on....then, saw a doe, a buck, and a fawn yesterday evening when I took my buddy down into my woods for a little shooting practice. - .22 rifle, monday starts squirrel season.

    The KY Deer season starts in about 2 Weeks, on September 3rd.

    If it's cooler outside I will go for sure.

    I have to say this is way the heck to early for me to be seeing all month long,,bucks herded up and running togther with their racks in full velvet and the rubbing hasn't seriously started yet..I have seen 3 together,,super 12, super 8 and med 8,,twice.. have seen 6 running together,,all forkies and small sixes with one a set of spikes,, seen 4,,med 6s and 8s,,all nice racks,,seen a big 8 and small 6 running constantly together around the house,,and seen lots of pairs,,all within about 6 miles or so of my house..and don't even ask where I live..lmao.. BUT! ITS way to early,,been seeing this all August in southern Indiana and we never have this kind of action this early. Just this morning,,within 5 miles of the house,,at 6 am,,wife going to work,,seen 12 bucks and no does..and she couldn't drive over 20mph even on the highway,,it was dodge ball all the way for her..at daylite,,I drive out,,I didn't seen nothing..lol,,she is going hunting with me this year again..and she kills one every year she hunts. going to be a good year this year!
