I love to hunt almost everything. Deer and squirrel the most, but crappie fishing is my favorite thing to do. It won't be long and my seasons will be coming together bow hunting and crappie fishing it gets hard to pick. After seeing that picture though I cant wait for opening day. GOD Bless America

This Buck has 7 or 8 small Droptines.

It was hit about 25 miles from my house near Kentucky Lake.

Just went and got my hunting license today so I can squirrel hunt a little with my friend - he has never been hunting and wants to try it, otherwise I might not have bothered with the small game this year. Started deer hunting about 5 years ago - now I only bow hunt. But, I really do miss fishing after hunting is over I dont ice fish, so its spring b4 I get back out....almost cant pick in the fall, but I do and I end up hunting since there is less of it.

I am getting ready for Deer Season.

The Kentucky Statewide Archery Season starts September 3rd.

So I have around 3 weeks to go, before I will be in the Deer woods.

I have been seeing a ton of Bucks in Velvet during the past few weeks around the KY Lake area, so I am exited.

hoping for a 100 squirrels this year, looking to can them again, worked out awsome last year, only did a small batch as a trial. also can nearly all my deer. Nothing like opening a jar, heating it up and chowing down.

Thinking about running a trap line again as well. I have missed that more than anything over the last 2-3 years.
