Clinton spawn

Anybody know if the spawn is mostly over? With all this unstable weather pattern I am not sure what to expect.

Fished Saturday 5/4

It appears that the warm arm is done spawning. 74° water temp. Didn't mark many fish.

The cool arm was a different story. 62° water temp. Some people catching fish as close to shallow timber as you can get. I caught them right next to the channel laying on the bottom of the flats. These fish had eggs. Chart with pink jigs and micro size chatter bait.

The weird thing was that everyone was catching 9.25 - 9.5 inch fish. Must be a specific year class of fish.
