Has anyone been at Evergreen in the last few days? Just wondering what the water temp is at and is it flooded with all the rain we have had lately,if flooded how muddy is the lake.With this warmup coming,I might give it a go this coming sunday!

slow day.
Weather was perfect but the crappie fishing was slow on Sunday The water was murky and temp was between 56 and 59 degrees.Picked up 11 fish suspended in 22 feet of water in 32 feet depth along main creek channel due southeast of the water intake.Long line trolled jigs to catch these fish.Blue and white,purple and white.1/32 oz with a split shot a couple feet ahead of jig.Looks like maybe by next weekend they may move in shallow if the water warms a bit more.Talked to a couple guys and a few were caught in 8 to 10 feet where the channel is close,but they didn't get many.
