Default Silver lake and maiden voyage

Went today. Mainly casted for crappie. Two shorts, one rock bass, one small LM bass casting a twirl tail jig. No takers on the bobber/jig. Found a few trees on the graph, ticking the tops of them caught the two crappie. Need to brush up (pun intended!) on my graph reading skills!!
    Clarity, about 12”.

    More importantly-
Had the maiden voyage on a new to me boat. It’s a 2015 Lowe UV1467, 9.8hp Tohatsu, Garmin 53CV. No flooring or storage, bare bones currently. I think I’ll like it. Wife took a quick ride in it, with both of us, 16MPH. Didn’t make any trim changes with her in it.
Just me, after trim setting adjustments, 19mph. Had one more setting, decided it was time to go.
Currently Has a 30# transom tm on it. Boat control was kinda fun ! !
Gonna get a hand control bow mount tm for it. Also, put in a floor with some storage. Gonna do some homework on that one, to keep the weight down.

Trolling motor on order from bbg marine. Once that gets here, the fun will start ! However, unlike the skeeter rehab, this time, I’ll stay within budget!!
As for pics of fishes???? I wouldn’t hold my breath!! I do more fishing than catching!

Went today, with the new trolling motor. It did just fine. Caught two shorts casting an arkie 220, one short on a black\chart tube vertical jigging trees.
