Water temp was 71 on Thursday warming to 74 by Friday afternoon. I don't believe the plant is running. Water level is a little high, I'm estimating 6" is going over the spillway. Water color is it's normal muddy/stained, about 12" - 15" visibility.
Tried shallow first, they are not shallow, likely done spawning.
Caught tons of crappie with minnows on brush piles in 7'-10', however just 1 in 20 were over 10". Didn't keep any because didn't want to clean them, partly because the fish cleaning station at the East ramp is still not open.
Tried deeper (10' - 18') spots but there were far fewer fish on them and still no quality.
But had a ball catching until the wind started howling! Too windy to fish on Saturday or Sunday.
