The wife and I are going to give Sangchris a go tomorrow. Hopefully they’ll cooperate.

Since the wind wasn’t blowing 20+ since seems like forever, thought I would see what the lake was like.
Launched at the West dock and water temp was 65.
Fished from 1pm - 5pm. Caught lots of fish on every spot. Most of them were small, ended up with 9 keepers…out of at least 50 caught.
Used minnows only. Fished deep brush piles from 14’ - 8’ deep. The females that we kept, couldn’t even tell they were, egg sack was super small, but the eggs were soft and almost ready to go. Very weird.
Never did try shallow to see if anything was in close, probably should have.
I don’t know if the plant has been running, it wasn’t today.
All in all, it was a great day, the boat ran OK and didn’t sink, and caught lots of fish. Will try running the bank/lay downs next time the wind stops blowing again.
