The solution would be fairly simple. Cameras to catch the offenders. Once caught, the first time you may clean the area or pay a fine. Second offense you clean the area and pay a fine.

What a shame !! Some people just dont get it. I would like to see some of these people houses. Will be a shame if this area gets closed I hear this Lake is a good crappie lake always wanted to give it a try.
