I've fished Crab Orchard on a couple of occasions and was never impressed. Like "joewildlife" states,
there are plenty of short fish, but very few compared to what you will catch on Rend. Lake of Egypt
would be another decent choice as well as Shelbyville. Right about now, I'd lov e to be on any lake,
big or small, catchin' anything that's willing to bite on my lure. Just be safe!
