Lake Shelbyville report 04/27/19

Got out on Shelbyville the past 3 days and boy are they biting. We had our 3 man limit by 12:30 today casting a jig and bobber or just casting a plain jig to the bank. The males have moved to the banks and are very angry! We spider rigged yesterday and ended up with 38 towards a 3 man limit and considering the wind that wasn't half bad. We caught some big females spider rigging about 8 ft. deep yesterday and only 2 females today casting the bank. Productive colors are Midsouth tubes in white/chartreuse, orange/ chartreuse, pillsberry, and a #1512. The males on the bank were really thumping a pillsberry today and anything orange tipped with a minnow is what we are using spider rigging.
