good catch . I still haven't figured how how to catch crappie pulling crank baits. How deep and how fast?
Had to come down with a buddy of mine and check out the 2017 River Float Fest and in the mix Got an Invite to fish for some crappie with Ken to grab a few extra Fillets for the Fish fry he was having for the campground that night. The 3 of us all had a real good time together started the day pulling Cranks on the south end for a few passes and had a bunch of fish but most were small. We thought for sure we were in the Honey Hole when we seen our Good Friends Steve and GoBob in the same area. We pulled up lines and headed way up North to pull on a few of our favorite flats and caught enough to satisfy us for the day. The fish Fry was Awesome that night. I brought down a bunch of walleye and sauger to go with the crappie. Well it was a short trip but it was All worth it!! Thanks for the Great Time Ken your a Heck Of A Host!!

Toad Frog LIKED above post
Just get a few assorted colors in the Bandit 300 series. Get a couple of medium action Rods and put line counter reels on them. Troll about 1.8 to 2.0 mph. Let out around 70 to 80 ft of line and try to stay along the river channel that runs through the Ville. This is just an easy way to Boat some fish and then you will catch the disease!!!! Lol. Good Luck!!
Nice Haul there guys! Ken, i can't wait to get to fish with him... Definitely on my bucket list!!
