    Default Clinton - 3/19/17

Sunday morning went to Clinton with a couple other guys. We managed a 3 man limit by 10:30. Most were around 10 inches. Cold front seemed to have pushed the bigger fish deep again. Water temp was 45 degrees. We put in at the west access area and fished up the intake arm. Caught all our fish using white and white/chartreuse jigs 1/16 ounce heads. Fish were caught in 8 to 15 FOW in brush piles that had deep water nearby. Some fish were caught as deep as 20 feet.

Seen same results on Taylorville, bite was slower than in earlier Weeks. Fished 8-12' of water there, and the bigger fish seemed to have moved out deeper also. The water temp was about same. good report by the way, plan on fishing CICC club tourney there next Sunday.
