fox chain of lakes
Me and some fishing buddys looking for a new place to try and wondering about the Fox chain of lakes. Never been there so any recommendation's of where to start and a decent place to stay probably go up towards the end of October on a three day weekend

Not sure where you live, however anything around Chi-town can be a challenge due the volume of fisherman. Check Chi-Town Angler for fishing reports in the chi-town area. On a side note, what they consider keepers we release to grow a couple more years.

Very ,Very busy place, requires a special launch permit(could be about 40-50 dollars-sorry been many years), should maybe make a few calls/inquires to double check on launch permit.
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.....
