Took another couple who had not been there before, 4 of us. We tried the bushes without success and moved to a down log on the bank out to 10 feet of water, small ones only. Another move.

Known brush pile on 5-6 feet of water, sat there about 4 hours and caught close to 90 on minions under bobber as well as several on jigs, red silver and chartreuse. We sorted thru and cleaned 21, a great mess of filets.

Females were close but still 10 days away. Getting ready to do it. If you know a brush pile location, time to get there.

Yes sir, that was us. Loved the guy at the bait shop, much needed in the area foohsuch a long time. Hope he makes it.
You had several nice crappie yourself.
