Default Place to stay at Kincaid lake

Never been their before. Got about 8 buddies going on this fishing trip. Looking to stay in some cabins on the water. Any help would be gratefully appreciated

America's Best in Murphysboro. However, its not the Trump palace.
Take your own minnows too. Only one bait shop around and I am not impressed.

Cabins at the marina are very nice went down with 4 guys and stayed in a cabin. You can rent a slip from the marina for $10 a day or depending on timing leave boat at the courtesy docks for free, Motel in town is a dive we have stayed there to in the past, would stay there as last resort.

I second djcoop52. Have stayed at the cabins also. They are not on the water though, pretty close. Cabins have outlets on the outside also.
Not aware of any place to stay on the lake.
Pretty lake. Deep, clear. Lots of submerged weeds, cork and Jig above the weeds?
    Some nice waterfalls their also.
    Drinkin coffee, missin fish.

If you go to franks for bait make sure and order how many you are going to need because at franks 2 dozen is 24 minnows he counts minnows not scoops. Buddies of mine were used to paying for 3 and getting 5 at home.

There is a fish farm close by also. Sometimes you can get them by the pound there.
