BigSlab18... On the show Kyle was pointing out a hybrid Black/White that is NOT a black nose. I always thought the hybrids were black nose but in fact they are different. The hybrids on the show had a unique pattern to the black spots on the sides of the crappie. They looked like what a black crappie has but they were sort of lined up like the bars on white crappie. It's really hard to explain in words.... Kyle pointed out the difference from a black nose and one of these hybrids on the show.
