    Even better with a little bbq sauce on them. You have to use very thinly sliced bacon so that you don't overcook the crappie.

    Any other tips to make this right? Never heard of it and want to try it. Bacon makes everything better!

    After grilling them let em soak in some Franks hot sauce and melted butter then serve...Buffalo style crappie wraps...mmmmmmm

    Just turn them often and stop cooking just when bacon begins to crisp. They are incredible. Good cold, too!
