Calling for some heavy rain Pat be careful.
I think I'm going to put my crappies poles away for a week or two and chase me some white bass. The wife sure does like the action and I got a couple of other people I want to share the experience with. I had a small group of large whites busting the top of the water coming right to me on Monday so it sould be on fire this weekend. Enjoy everyone.
Lets go soak a line. Pat

Went out on the north end in the kayak to cast around on Wednesday, found a couple of schools busting on the top. Was fun chasing the schools in the kayak and catchin em!
hope you could paddle fast.
Was mostly fighting the wind. They kept popping up in the same area at the end of a point.
Hopefully there will be whitebass in the lake tomorrow after this flood!! Any one have any ideas what they will do? Will they go up all the feeders since the water is rushing in? I am gonna go hunting tomorrow!! Actually in a few hours!!
Some people can do know right...keep trying!!
We got the heavy rain. This lake is gonna jump 10 feet!!! Wow!!

No matter, I'll be out there. How about catfish too?
Catfish wil go crazy where water is coming in and you can find an eddy. Also, as a rule of thumb "water goes up, fish go up". Up in the water column as well as up in the lake. It's a whole new ballgame now
Does this mean the whites will move up into the flooded grass?
