Fishing Report
Lithia Fishing Guide Ken Wilson says: "With the last several days of 70 degree weather the fish have started to put the feed bag back on. We have been fishing in front of main creek arms on points and drop offs in 12-15' of water. When the sun warms things up mid morning we head back in the main creek arms and look for the gulls diving on shad. If you don't see gulls, move. Fish a jig under float around standing timber in 6' of water...tight lines."
Lithia Springs Marina would like to remind everyone to boat and fish with care, within their ability levels, and remember early season conditions exist, unmarked obstacles and other natural terrain features may be encountered at any time.
Boaters need to respect all Corps of Engineers Lake Shelbyville regulations and safety signage. It's a long season and we want you to enjoy every day, please use your best judgment at all times. Check out our safety videos for more information.
