    Default On-board chargers

A buddy asked me a question about an on-board charger the other day and I wasn't sure what to tell him. When your boat is stored away for the season, do you keep your batteries plugged in the whole time?

The only time mine is unplugged is when I am fishing or on the road.

Yep , I keep mine plugged in all the time. If it's not maintenance free check the water every once in awhile.

Don't let Birdman fool you. With his money, when his battery gets low he just buys a new one.
