use to fish lake sara a lot years ago. haven't been there lately. I recall in the past if you stayed at Anthony acres (small hotel on site) the lake pass would come with the room.
thats where we go.annual trip for many years now.we still have a lot of ice up north.we go the same weekend every year.temps can be in the 40s to 70s.
Haven't been to Lake Sara in a few years. However ice is off the lakes around here. Have fun.
HOI Crappie Club
Where family and friends come to compete for a little more than bragging rights.
Quick, someone teach me how to fish so I can win this tournament!!!
I have some buddies who fish it sometiens. Same pattern as always.. Boat docks and 100 5-9" dinks. They usually end up green carpin
boat docks are full of smaller crappies.we fish the natural shorelines and way up in the coves and get some nice ones.my son got a 17" crappie 2 yrs ago at night.lots of action tho even on the dinks.throw in some gills and white bass and its a good lake when we are there.would not wanna be there when all the home owners and their boats show up
