Clinton has been slow. Fished the bridges the other day and only managed 4 keepers but good ones, 11-12inchers.

Plants back on running 25 to 50 percent this morning.Had 10 nice keepers this morning mostly on minnows 4 to 6 ft. deep

I went this afternoon with no luck. I managed to find some fish relating to structure but nothing wanted to bite. Only 3 trucks parked at the bridge and 4 boats at ramp. Water temps were 47 at Mascoutin. How does everyone know when the plant is operating or not???
