    Default Horseshoe Lake Granite City, IL


    Does anyone know how Horseshoe Lake is doing right now? I go to school about 20 mins from that lake but have never fished it and was wondering what it was like.

    Any help is accepted please.

    Horseshoe - We've been catching small ones off the levy , got out on the boat yesterday and other boat with us caught 10 , only one being a keeper still in about 18 ft of water . About 2 more weeks ????

    I was out there on Friday. Caught some little ones.....deep. The bite was very light.

    That's the truth. The wind can get pretty wild out there. It can make for some real interesting boat loading if it gets above 10 mph.
