    Heading over in the morning not sure if it will be any good. Tired of the cold fronts on the weekends!!

    I am still undecided on location this weekend, but if I were to choose Evergreen I am thinking fish wont wake up until noon Saturday.
    Take a kid fishing today: Hopefully they will grow up and take a kid fishing someday.

    My fishing buddy and I went out friday in the rain and cold and caught two limits. They were only hitting the very small minnows, would not hit a medium or large minnow or jig. we fished the shallow from 9 am to about 3 pm. There was a high school bass tournament in progress when we arrived. The wind was blowing and misty rain so we fished a wind protected area on the west side of the lake in about 6 fow.

    I can say they were bitting well today on minnows. To my surprise shallow! Had a great day on the water
