    Are the any tags r fees for Kincaid. Any tips on where to start looking for crappie would be appiciated. Thanks

    No tags or fee's just speed limits on the lake during the day and in the evening. As far as where to go just look for lay downs or brush piles in coves or the main lake as long as the boat traffic isnt too bad.
