Thanks dkb. Last trip for the year most likely. Hunting this weekend and winterize the boat. Come on Spring time!!!
Give a man a fish and feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day!

    Cool

Biggest fish I ever caught out of either of these lakes was before limits. The 15/9 limit was put in place on bad info and most info is a year or 2 late or early.
Also limits mean nothing to those that catch them 3x a day. I throw them all back as a rule.

I really enjoyed all the post a few years back about the stunting going on by those who started fishing it after muskie plants.

I been wondering what happened to all the black crappie....

    Panfish are very cyclical.

And what about the size increase in gills at B since the 8 came off.

I have had guys tell me they are going back out at the ramp! For evergreen what I have noticed is the significant size differential on different parts of the lake so unless they are sampling north and south end and figuring it up and using their expertise to come up with a solution it won't work. You can't just ask people how big the fish are they are catching either because 9s are 11s to some people. Every crappie guy you talk to in the U.S. will tell you the same, it runs in cycles, good point.

I used to fish Evergreeen years ago when it was trolling motor only. Think I am going to give it a try again next year.

Anyone fish for the Saugeye in there?
