    Default Kinkaid/Crab 5/17/11

Been real busy guiding on Rend and a couple tournaments so I haven't had a chance to check in on Kinkaid or Crab lately. Hit both today out scouting. Kinkaid was doing a little better in places, but Crab was doing well! Kinkaid is still very muddy in places, but fish can still be found. Best luck today by far was on Crab. Had a several fish in just a few hours with about 10 fish around a pound and 3 right at 1 1/2 lbs. Both Kinkaid and Crab should be good over the next few weeks!!

    Kyle,

Sounds like the big girls are bitting. I was hoping to get to Crab this weekend. Thanks for your updates.

    Kyle,

Are the fish at Kinkaid still shallow? Was thinking I might get over there this Sat. and give it a try.

Good job Kyle. Nice stringer bud!
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

Some fish are still shallow, but starting to see more fish in the 15 - 20 foot range.
