    Default great day on the ice


    Last ice and enjoyed a day with little wind 60 degree temperature. Caught a lot of bluegill 1 crappie 1 red ear 1 catfish 2 bass.

    I'm a convert. I'd rather ice fish over open water.
    I love the clam. It easy to use and really warm.
    And I know what you mean those pics were our last ice and I can't wait for next winter to get here.
    7 hour drive for a bucket of crappie thru the ice would be worth it.

    Do you walleye fish?

    I do very little walleye fishing just never got the hang of it . I will do a little spring crappie , Then the water truns green and i'am done tell ice.
