On a bit earlier this season

I notice the fillets in some of you pictures on another thread appear almost bleached white. Do you bleed them or is it just how they look from that water body?.
Sorry for the lack of updates, busy with work, and I'm not trudging thru 20" of snow for a few slabs. Got a few more pics. to put up , may get out there again soon depending on the weather and business.

Paul D, that's is just after I clean them , no bleeding or bleach. LOL ,... Now these are cold water fish they come up and out of a ice hole, And O so good and firm. Stay on top Broz.
