Mike..........Good to see you here as well..........getting ready and stoked for the NAIFC....only 38 days away...31 if ya count pre fishing! Biz has been crazy and I like that, everyones got the bug to stock the boxes. Doing a radio show on Monday covering a wide range of topics from I.T. to plastics are fantastic:D as well as Kids clinics and the like. Should be cool. I like the site here and gets me away from mine from time to time.......nice change of pace.....see ya on the ice Bro! LOBY

    I just found this...oh my.Where have I been??? oh.....in the ER...woooowupp....huh huh:o

I also am a member of IceTeam.

If anyone wants to know anything about Minnesota and it's great icefishing oportunities, feel free to ask.I've been doing it almost all my life..I can also offer great locations around the state,as well as around the Mpls/St.Paul metro areas.I also know north and nw Wisconsin real well.:D

Here are a few pics to get this started........!!!

Getting the retractable wheeled to line up with the holes drilled last year,on a favorite walleye lake by Minneapolis

A good friend "Fishing Queen" with a nice walleye

Early season city idiots parking next to each other by the shoreline(thinking they were safe)

    Another angle...

One of those -50 below windy cold days, and being adiment that you're going fishing....

More to come.......maybe late ice....with my luck.

How do you know when it is "safe ice"? Do you invite someone and say head over there and I'll catchup. If he don't fall through then you know?????????

i myself use a heavy ice chisel a couple good hard wacks if it don't go threw it's good enough for me. the safest way is to make sure theres at least 3 inches for safe walking.
