    Just had venison back strap and venison salami. Those are meals to remember congrats. Nice size bobcat. Real pretty too.

    Have you ever eaten bobcat? Years ago I had cougar summer sausage and it was tasty. I guess most stuff is edible if you make it into summer sausage though, eh?

    I had bob cat once. It was ok. It was a mystery meat thing at a bow club.. most of the time it would be something like..water buffalo, moose, buffalo, bear..one guy brought bob cat..

    Tenderloin cooked medium and then in the slow cooker with mushroom gravy is delicious….

    Made venison barley soup the other day in a slow cooker. So good that when it was half gone I refilled the ingredients Enjoy!
